New Weight Loss Program at Womankind —for Women AND Men!
Are you feeling a little heavy after the holidays? Do you want to lighten up in 2013? Are you tired of trying to use food to cope with stress, boredom, sadness, or frustration?
Join us for this comprehensive 12-week workshop if you’d like to have fun, feel better, and lose weight in a supportive group environment. You will feel invigorated and energized when you leverage your personal strengths and talents to develop positive, healthy habits.
Casey Rafferty, MS, LMFT, longtime pillar of the Key West health community, will lead the workshop. Casey is a vivacious and caring person who will share with you her secret to staying thin despite her love of food.
Sessions will occur on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30p.m., beginning on January 31st, in the Womankind office at 1511 Truman Ave in Key West.
The total cost is $400, due on January 31. That’s under $5 per day for the entire 12-week program—or less than your typical daily junk food budget!
