WOMANKIND CAPITAL RESILIENCY CAMPAIGN CASE STATEMENT
Womankind's office on Truman Avenue requires urgent capital improvements to create a more resilient building. King tides, tropical storms, and hurricanes cause flooding which interrupt patient services and create safety and sanitation issues. As part of our resiliency plan, we are addressing our vulnerabilities through the installation of hurricane-resistant windows and doors, flood panels, and the hardening of our exterior. We're also including needed enhancements to improve patient experience through updated equipment and improvements to privacy, space utilization, and comfort.

WOMANKIND SERVES MORE THAN 2,500 WOMEN, MEN, AND TEENS EACH YEAR.
The capital resiliency campaign cost is $250,000. Generous donors jump-started our funding, including our earliest donors the Dogwood Foundation and Edward B and Joan T Knight Foundation.

We also received major gifts from Michelle's Foundation, and Marion Levine.

Now we are asking for support of the Lower Keys Community to help us through to completion. Every donation will bring us closer to our goal. Ig you are interested in naming opportunities for the campaign, please see the attached naming opportunity list, complete the commitment form, and return it to Womankind.
